Hey guys!
Can I get some inside help from OBS or some other members on a couple of issues? I bought a new rig a few weeks ago and have been streaming since I've put it together with no issues or hiccups at all. I noticed a day or two ago that I started getting some frame drops when watching my stream in Twitch. Upon further investigation, I realized that my whole OBS is just freezing up intermittently when I'm streaming. As in the whole program is lagging, and when it happens I noticed that my Windows lags a bit too when watching the Resource Monitor or Task Manager.
Example of freezing on stream: http://www.twitch.tv/koopahtroopah/v/18816448
I think I found a temporary fix for this, which is to just turn off Preview mode. This makes me think maybe my SHDD is having a hard time previewing, recording, and uploading the data fast enough since it's 1080p 60 FPS. Just my assumption, but I'd like to have the Preview video pane turned on as it helps me recognize when I'm having stream issues. Any suggestions or ideas on what the real cause of the issue is?
Another problem I noticed just today is that my audio sounds like it's a couple seconds behind the video. I haven't made any changes to my settings and yesterday my audio was fine. Here's an example of the audio being okay, but still having OBS freeze issues: http://www.twitch.tv/koopahtroopah/v/18817244
...and now I just tried it again and now my audio sounds fine? Is there anything that would just randomly cause audio delay when there wasn't any before today?
I'm including a log file from when I made that first highlight.
