New-ish to OBS, very new to OBS crashing.

There are two games that cause my OBS to crash or disconnect over and over. Those games are Blacktail and Banishers: Ghosts of new Eden. Honorable mention being helldivers 2 but i just have frame tanks for that one.

Today while streaming Banishers i had 2 things happen. 1. My PC itself crashed entirely and 2. after restarting and returning to stream my OBS disconnected several times causing my stream to restart and annoy some followers with multiple notifications.

OBS version 32.0.2

This is my rig.

Start with removing any browser sources and docks.
Docks can cause crashes? That's wild and something i didn't know. I removed a problematic browser source that a friend told me couls be the issue, but i had a crash tonight streaming the same game (banishers). i'll try this and see what happens
