Hi guys, i've posted for help before for getting the best out of my internet when I had like 1.8 Upload. I've come back to streaming because my ISP in my area has finally upgrade and I am able to get myself 50 Down and 5 Up now.

This is what I am getting when everyone is home and it's the evening so traffic in the area should be used.
My specs are still the same except I got a SSD for my OS no games and my OBS is installed on my SSD also if that does anything.

Processor: Core™ i7-2600K Processor, 4GHz w/ 8MB Cache
CPU Cooler: H100 Corsair Liquid Cooler
Motherboard: GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
Memory: Vengeance LP 16GB DDR3 1600MHz
Videocard: GTX 570 1.2 GB DDR5
32" Sharp TV 1366x768 is main gaming monitor (Soon to change but for now its main)
I intend to stream high FPS games mainly like CS:GO and some other MMO's from time to time. When I had my crappy internet my CPU preset was on medium and stable, was putting the most stress on it I could. But since I have much better internet speeds I would like to make it the best I can without stressing out my CPU now.
I don't know what some settings do, such as Scene buffering time default 700, minimize network impact and all the audio settings should be at.
