Question / Help New Follower Popup (Possible Plugin/Script?)

I myself am a stream, and I am very interested in a tool/plugin for my stream that will create a popup that shows up everytime I gain a new follower on my stream. I have seen many streamers with it, and I was wondering if anyone knows of one that is around?

I have done many google searches and asked around other forums but haven't found an answer yet. Thanks in advance!

Yep, Subalert works well.
I'm still hoping he'll turn it into an OBS native plugin (allowing for smooth alpha-edges, fade-ins/outs, adaptive sizing depending upon the background it's given, etc) but he wants it to be available to the XSplit community as well.
