Bug Report New Elgato Update Breaks OBS

Can you give more details? So the Elgato was working and now does not work after an update to OBS? Update for the Elgato driver/software? You have to give some sort of description if you are looking for help.

So if it was working and is not working now because of an Elgato software update, try reinstalling it. Did you try all the basics? Turning off and on your computer. Restarting OBS. Checking to see if the Elgato captures in the Elgato software. Did you try it in any other programs in general? Have you go into the advanced settings in OBS to check those settings?
 
I noticed you posted this issue again. It looks like a reinstall of the drivers/software for the Elgato is the best solution. Please try that and come back.
 
Everything Worked on friday, I installed a new software update to Elgato and it now says no device when I try to preview it in OBS. I have done the driver and software reinstalls multiple times and done all of the basic solutions. I tried my laptop and it did fine since i had a older software for elgato. So i downloaded the new software on the laptop and caused the same issue. I have tried to get the older softwares and now it awlays says no device in OBS regardless
