Question / Help New Custom PC Having Troubles Streaming PC Games to Twitch

I just finished upgrading my PC in the hopes of being able to stream PC games. It works for certain games so far, (CS:GO, H1Z1 King of the Kill.) However I would like to stream XCOM 2 but whenever I start streaming the game runs fine on my monitor but is choppy as all hell for the stream. Only one of the attempts did it show that there was high encoding happening but I never changed my settings from streaming console games through my LiveGamer HD. My specs are: MSI GTX 980ti, i7-4790K, 16GB RAM. I've included the log file from my most recent attempt to preemptively answer any questions about that. Please help, and thank you in advance for the advice!

Have you tried using a Game Capture instead of a Monitor Cap?
That logfile appears to show around a 4-5% frame duplication rate, which isn't terrible

XCOM2 is pretty well-known for having performance issues, especially when combined with livestreaming.

I have not tried that, I'll update if that fixes the issue or not. Thanks!
