Question / Help New build and need new obs settings!

I just got my self a 4790k with the Asus z97 A MoBo and planning to not overclock it. I was wondering what obs settings can I reach from my old settings I use to have with my old processor?
My Specs:
i7 4790k
Asus Z97-A ATX
16GB HyperX Fury ram
Asus GTX 970
250GB Samsung SSD
1TB seagate HDD

Unless you're a Partnered Twitch streamer, 720p@30fps, 2000kbps is the recommended 'golden point' regardless of what processor or upload speed you have available.

Past that, use x264 and step your encoding preset down toward Slower one step at a time, with a 20 minute in-game test between each step, keeping an eye on your thermals. Slower the preset is, the better compression is used and so the better your stream will look.
