Question / Help Network connection struggle

hello,
I have recently started streaming and have been tweeking my settings to fit my build. Lately I have been consistant yellow to red bars on my xbox when i stream from it, I didn't have this issue for at least a month. My internet is a consistant 65 down/5 up. I originally went without Custom buffer size then dropped it to 2000Kb in hopes that would help but still getting the lag. Any tips would be appreciated.

Absolutely do NOT use custom buffer size while streaming. Uncheck the option.

Alright i turned it off but it was doing that while it was off as well. While i was streaming and wasnt getting lag I did have custom buffer off

Changed servers and turned down my bitrate some. 10 minutes in zero lag so far
