Question / Help Needing second program for sound

So I've been having this problem ever since receiving my Diamond Cap Device (VC500) a few months back, whereas the only way to allow sound through OBS & to my viewers is to run another program, EzGrabber. It's not exactly annoying, but I could definitely do without that one step.

I read up on what was said about USB devices and determined it Could be a fault on my end, but am not totally sure. Could anyone shed light on what I should do or what the problem could be?

Hm, I'm confused, are you sure sound isn't selectable in the "audio device" part of the capture source properties?
