Will you also play on the PC or do you have a capture card already available?
If you do not play on the PC, use the onboard graphics (check that the board can do that) and get rid of the EVGA gpu.
If you do not have a capture card already, what are you going to stream? (Console, another PC, something else?)

Overall, it looks ok for a gaming and streaming pc.

I rarely stream that much, but with how I want to from time to time. I just wanna know if this computer can do basic streaming for those games? Or maybe you can recommend a already built pc around the same price as that one with 16 gbs of ram and a nice graphics card and processor in it.

11 out of 10 people have problems using an AMD system and trying to stream, so I cannot really recommend going for this Cybertron PC. And the GPU in that system is really really bad as well. Since you want to play on the PC, it should be a bit better.
Your initial list was like 10 times better :)
