Question / Help Need some help

Yea i have a good processor and 5 upload speed and im just wondering what a good bitrate is i tried 2800 and its kinda blurry(if u know what i mean) like it runs smoth but the pixels shift its kinda weird. if anyone know how to fix this that would help :) i have i7 3770k 3.50GHz

Yes, by linking to instructions for posting a log file I was hoping that you would post a log file.

I don't see anything wrong with that log file, other than a weird custom buffer size that you probably don't need to be using. There's also a GUI option for setting the keyframe interval under Settings > Advanced so you no longer need to set it as a custom param. What game are you streaming? You might be able to use a better preset (faster or maybe even fast) to help with image quality, but that will depend on how demanding the game itself is.

Higher motion games like first person shooters will exhibit this more than lower motion games like RTS/MOBA, this is normal.
