Question / Help Need some help

I need some help with settings I should use.I want to record Leauge of Legends at first it recorded only black screen but then i added monitor capture and it records game after solvnig that and after i went to record checking back at the video it stutters while i have no problems in my game no lag or anything.So maybe the problen is with the settings.
My specs are
AMD APU A8 7100 with Radeon R5 1GB
AMD Radeon m255x
8GB RAM DDR3 1666MHZ
HDD 1TB
And i am running windows 10.So what are the best settings i should use so my video doesnt stutter?

I think League uses two different logical windows to capture. one for the main screen and the other for the actual game. you will need to use scene switcher to capture each. the main window can either be a window capture or a game capture. the main game will need a game capture though.

Can you tell me how to do that.Cuz at first i had a black screen but then i added monitor capture above game capture and it recorded but it stutters and my in game ping and frames are normal.
So can you give me a quick guide at what i should do?

Game capture the actual match, WINDOW capture the lobby application.

As Harold said, the scene switcher is built into OBS. Play with it. I dont use it but I know it works.

dont use monitor capture for anything.

How do i set Windows capture to capture my game lobby since its not offerd there is on pvp.client so that it can capture it......

Also the only way i could capture the game is by adding monitor capture since i use a laptop.And i cant choose other grpahics card since it doesnt show in obs....maybe if someone knows how to do this for me i'll gladly give them my team viewer to do it...i really need help

There is no "other graphics card" in a laptop with an AMD APU.

Game capture not working depends on how you're testing it.
If you're running league fullscreen and tabbing out of the game to check on things, you're doing it wrong.

I have the apu card and additional one...I dont tab out of the game i tried recording multipule ways and when i got it to work it sttuters..
