Question / Help Need some help with the settings.

My framerate drops to half when I start recording. I also would want to stream on twitch.
My rig:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K (with good cooling)
GPU: AMD Radeon Sapphire R9 280 3GB
RAM: 8GB
