Question / Help Need some help with OBS settings

Hey guys, i wanted to start with streaming several times already, but the problem was that my FPS ingame was always kinda low , when it came to more action (LoL) the fps would be around 25~.
This made me think that maybe my hardware isnt good enough for streaming so i asked in another Forum what pc i could buy and put my current pc specs on it.
ATI Radeon HD 6970 video card
AMD Phenom ii x6 1090t processor
And pretty much everyone told me that my specs would be more than enough to stream League of legends with.
Now i could need some help with the OBS settings since it still isnt working for me well enough, as soon as it comes to Teamfights while im streaming its just superlaggy, even on very low settings ingame.

What's everybody I need help syncing my audio and video it's like the video is way faster than my audio. I'm trying to make sure that my settings are ok but I'm having a problem checked my Internet speed and it's over 50 mbps and my upload is 9.6 - 11 mbps so I thought setting the bitrate to 2500 along with my buffer but it didn't help here's my log.
