Question / Help Need some help with CS:GO stream set up.

Hello, I've been streaming before, but never had any problems. Recently I tried to stream CS:GO, but it appeared laggy on the stream even though I didn't have any in-game lags.
I'm using windows 8.1

GPU- Nvidia gtx 750ti
AMD quad core processor @ 4.3GHz
8GB RAM

I tried out various bitrates and buffer sizes but didn't find much difference.
Is there anything else I can do?

please post a log.

but jugding by your given hardware i assume that you are running either an apu or an ahtlon x4 in either case your system cant really stream x264 based your only choice would be nvenc (or really low quality x264
