Assuming that a longer recording would have the same results (your recording is only a few seconds long, which statistically means it might not be representative)...

21:16:14: Total frames encoded: 829, total frames duplicated: 41 (4.95%)
21:16:14: Total frames rendered: 837, number of late frames: 15 (1.79%) (it's okay for some frames to be late)

Your CPU can't handle what you've asked it to do. Which explains why you have so many duplicated frames and your game is running slow. You do know that encoding video is a highly CPU-intensive task, right?

Anyways, you need to use a lesser preset, like SuperFast or UltraFast. Also since you're not streaming, you can turn your profile to High and turn CBR off.

thanks , it helps me
i make a few change
Switch off CBR
Quality Balance to 7
Max Bitrate and Buffer size to 2000
Switch off CFR
x264 CPU preset to ultrafast
encoding profile to high

If you switch off CFR, then the file you save won't be usable in any editing software that I know of.

The link Harold gave is good.
