Question / Help Need Settings Help for Twitch Streaming

I am using an elgato HD and there is an issue were in preview it looks great but soon as i start streaming I get CPU warning and the stream is laggy and sometimes stop and restarts

  • AMD Athlon 5350 2.05Ghz Quad Core
  • 16GB Ram
  • 8500 bandwidth.
Any help
 
With this computer you won't be able to stream, the CPU is way too weak.

You could try downscaling and changing the x264 preset to ultrafast, but I guess it won't get you far either.
