Question / Help Need set up suggestions for my stats

I wouldn't expect any quality with that CPU sadly. Might be doable at really low resolution and faster preset.
 
That is a little disheartening seeing I just bought this PC. However this wasn't the main reason I got it so whatevs.
 
Hmm, your CPU is alright for gaming, but doesnt have the horsepower to stream aswell, HOWEVER, you do have the option to use Quick Sync. Give it a try.

I did some more research and you might be able to stream at decent quality if you only stream and capture your PS4, you'll have to experiment.

EDIT: To be honest I just saw it was a Pentium and assumed that it was shit for streaming, because they usually are. Yours is not really an exception but it might be enough as long as you don't play anything on the PC at the same time.

Thank you for the replies Especially you xphome. Really appreciate the extra work You put into my question. So at the end of the day I will be looking to downscaling my resolution and putting my preset faster than the default superfast?

Default x264 preset is veryfast. It's hard to say exactly what settings will work since I've only seen unrelated benchmarks of that CPU. It might be able to do 720p30fps? But that's probably pushing it.

I have adjust a bunch of different things and the stutter doesnt seem to get worse.. just stays.
