Question / Help Need perfect OBS settings to stream CS:GO 720p/60fps

Hi,

After a week looking for the best settings without losing smoothness of my game i'm sick of it and calling you for help.
I'm looking for obs settings optimized for cs:go

i7 4790k OC 4.6GHZ
960 GTX 2GB
128GB SSD
W8.1 PRO

My solution was actually the upgrade to w8.1 and use quicksync, but now for some reason I have stream freezes for 3-4-5 seconds... So I was back to zero... And because all streamers I know (professionals also) using x264, I really want to use it also in a decent way. I cant believe they will sacrifice the smoothness of the game to stream... There must be away to stream decently without having the feeling that my game isnt smooth anymore (screen tearing)

Under encoding you want these settings.

.264 checked
Use CBR checked
Use Custom Buffer Size checked
Max Bitrate: 2000 (i find this is the happy medium because alot of people will come in with bad internet
Buffer Size: 2000


That's everything that I use, I don't mess with advanced for that.
