I add the source and everything, and it seems like it will work, but it always says "no server specified to connect to"

Are you trying to use a streaming website such as twitch or record to your computer?

I'm trying to figure out how to use twitch. Sorry, its my first upload.

You have to select a server first to send your stream to, this can be found under settings> Broadcast Settings.

I'd recommend downloading a small program called jtvping it will help you find the best server for your location.
