Question / Help Need help with streaming

Hi guys, this is like my 3rd post and I finally got a new GPU! Yay me :)
But now, I see my stream on twitch and it looks laggy on both LoL and CS:GO
Idk why. My new graphics card should be able to handle it no? Or is it just that I need a new Processor now? Thanks for the help guys! Heres my Log

Note: My CPU and GPU usage do not hit 100% While playing CS:GO. I wasn't paying attention to them while playing league.

Also, even when I downscaled to 720p it was lagging.

How do I do that? My game recordings using Fraps don't look like my stream on OBS or Twitch. Do i record from OBS? How?

If you'd like to temporarily save archives of your broadcasts on Twitch, go to your settings and check "Automatically archive my broadcasts" then save.

Once you do this twitch will start saving your past broadcasts on http://www.twitch.tv/mikeyman34/profile/pastBroadcasts

It looks okay, if anything though, the FPS just doesn't look perfect. Could you try outputting to an MP4 and see if there's any difference playing it back with a media player of some sort?

You mean like recording with Fraps? It looks perfect when i record with Fraps, idk why it just lags and isn's as good as id like it to be when streaming.
