Question / Help Need help with settings for League stream!

Hi! I'm sort of new to OBS and I could really need some help with what settings to use!

PC specs:

CPU: Intel i7-3770k 3.50GHz
RAM: 16gb
Graphics: GeForce GTX 690

Connection:
55 mpbs download
6 mbps upload

I think those are the important things i need to include, tell me if anything else is needed :)

My stream is still lagging a bit :/

It's sometimes freezing for a few seconds, and sometimes it just jumps forward and skips a few seconds

You mean, it's constantly buffering? Or are you dropping frames?
