A little background. I am an armature streamer who is trying to get in to the hobby. These are the specs for my gaming PC
Inter I7 960
Nvidia GTX 970
16 GB Ram
Potential Streaming laptop:
Asus Rog Laptop
2nd Gen I7 Processor (forgot full name)
12 GB Ram
On Board SLI Nvidia Dedicated Graphics
---------------------------------------------------------------
Now right now I use a single pc setup streaming right off of OBS.
I can provide settings for that later I know I am running 1080p downscaled to 720p at 60 FPS I also have done a lot of research into my settings. Right now I am at work and will edit with all my settings. I can tell you that max bit rate is 3500 and matches the other number that it needs to match.
For consoles, I don't use OBS (go ahead say it, NEWWWWWBBBBB), I use the onboard streaming.
--------------------------------------------------------------
The issue:
I am having pixlation whenever things get heated in FPS games or racing games. But when I play MTGO or Duels it works fine.
When I stream on the console I get the same pixelation haze.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Proposed Solution:
I am thinking of getting an El Gato HD 60 for console and dual pc streaming.
My internet can pretty much support anything (8ms Ping, 75 Up, 75 Down FIOS)
But then I forgot about one essential component. I want to speak and play music.
I play music whenever I stream on PC in the background and don't know how I would go about this. I was looking at the A40 mixamp but then trying to decifier the setup diagrams started giving me a head ache.
The second problem is, is that I have a high end audio receiver with my tv. and would like to use it as the HDMI switcher for the EL Gato to plug in between the TV and the receiver. Will that work?
Also, how do I get my music, my voice, and my gameplay on the stream. I would also need the music going to my headset as well as being able to talk to people in my fire team/guild.
Is there a solution or youtube video that will help or am I doomed to pixlation on my stream?
::EDIT::

I know that I am not the most entertaining person, the stream is to archive my gaming experiences rather than be a job. Also, for my friends as well. This is not promoting either, I am not going to tell you to follow or anything as this stream is not what I want it to be yet. I am literally digging for advise on how to improve.
