Question / Help Need help with OBS Settings

Hello,

I been streaming for quite some time but I don't think I'm using the correct settings. I recently reformatted so I don't have any settings right now. When I did stream I would sometimes feel CHOPPY in-game (CS:GO, I ONLY STREAM CS:GO). My fps wouldn't go down and my ping was stable, my ingame just felt choppy and it would effect my performance. I posted my specs down below and screen shot of my internet. Please let me know what settings I should be using (bitrate, etc etc)

Memory:G-SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB
Hard Drive: Samsung SSD 128GB
Video: Card:EVGA GeForce GTX 770
Monitor:-Asus vg248qe 144hz

You could always try the NVENC encoder to offload it to the GPU and see if that helps, though you will take a quality hit for the performance gain
