Hello guys,
I am having issues with my new rig and streaming. If i stream csgo i get like 220 fps with drops to 170-180. And overall the feeling while gaming and having OBS on feels... idk, you can tell that you're streaming. Micro stutters is it called i believed?
I have no idea why I am having these problems, because my pc is in my opinion pretty darn good. I managed to temporarily fix this solution by using the nvidia encoder in obs, but i'd prefer using x264 because of the quality and because I should be able to run it with my pc. Because if i watch streamers while they're playing and look at the fps they're getting its like 300 solid. With a rig older then mine. So yeah what should I do to fix this?
SPECS:
i7 4790k @ 4.4GHz
GTX 980
8 GB RAM
750w
windows 8.1
OBS settings:
resolution 1920x1080
1.5 x downsized
30 fps (My pc should be able to handle 60 fps right? or is internet a big factor of this?)
http://pastebin.com/T5KJX9gb this is my latest logfile with my nvidia encode settings
