Salutations! I request assistance. For long, i have had this issue, after i upgraded my PC with a 4070 Ti Super and iCue H150i AIO.

I am attempting to Stream, playing Games and Streaming them.

Current setup is this:
PSU: HX1200
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC, -S115
GPU: 4070 Ti Super
CPU: i9 9th gen
Dual RAM: HyperX Predator DDR4 3000MHz 32GB

I did not have this issue previously with my old setup, my two 2080 Ti. I used one for OS and playing Games and second one for OBS only. My cooler was an older one, not that i think it really matters here, though. My Internet should not matter. Since i have around 300mbps download and almost 20mbps upload.

Tried everything i can imagine as someone very amateurish on this particular thing. Nothing has worked. Put up the recent Log i tried to use. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like an issue with your network but your log has no streaming session with the issue being reproduced so it doesn't give much info.

Not sure how to reproduce that. I figure it would not be my internet, as i seem to have zero problems it operating and functioning while downloading things, or browsing the internet.

I do remember reading in the log it was talking about my internet. Meanwhile, everything but OBS, function as it should normally.

It is incredibly confusing and no further information as to what, how or why helps me any further from what the log says, so the log feels pretty useless to me as of right now. Hence, my reasoning to reach out here. See if anything else can make better sense than my amateur self can do.

Thanks for responding!

If the issue is happening then you are reproducing it each time it happens, not sure what you mean.

These instructions will provide a more useful log:

Ah. Okay. Literally my three recent attempts today it happened with that.

Both of those are literally my 1st, 2nd and 3rd attempt to try and figure out what was happening, as i was trying to make some changes to Bitrate.

Here is the URL regarding the Upload of the Log File: https://obsproject.com/logs/TDd5zuKvysBXEMRa

Says it has something to do with my Internet or Network. But i do not understand how that can be, when nothing else is having problems, and for some reason, it is only OBS. Very confusing...

Yes definitely your connection but you are misunderstanding, when you say "it is only OBS" what you really mean is "it is only my connection to the server that I am streaming to" as OBS is just software that gets you there. I'd take a look through this guide

And reach out to your ISP if you're still having issues, we don't have any control over your connection.

Yeah. I am saying "It is only OBS" because the issue is isolated to it, so i mean that it is OBS that i have the problem regarding this, and nowhere else. I am not blaming OBS. Just stating that i can not notice or see any similar issue, or any Internet/Network problem elsewhere.

Well. I am perhaps thinking enough is enough. My ISP never were that good, but for some reason, it was fine pre-upgrade. So it is confusing. Apparently, there is possibility of me getting Fiber here, as they do have a group that can do so for me with slightly less costs and free setup for everything. Thinking i might ask them tomorrow. See if that may help at all.

Thanks for all the help so far! I will look through that Link you gave me now! See if i can notice anything that may assist me in my matter.

Stick to recommended settings of the platform you're streaming to.
NordVPN may be causing issues too. Do a test without using the VPN.

The issue is isolated to the RTMP protocol used and needed for streaming. As streaming wasn't and still isn't a priority for ISPs they don't look too much on this until someone points out the problem. Most ISPs fix the issue.

Using Recommended Settings for the Platform. Tested between different ranges as well, to see if anything changed. They did not.

It is not NordVPN. I turned it off, tried without it, and the problem was the same. No change in anything.

Tried every suggestion from the Link Mitchell gave me.

I am think it is my ISP that has lost their...competency, i suppose. Regardless. I was thinking of switching. So i suppose very soon is a good decision.

Thanks for all the help so far! Perhaps i shall contact that Fiber ISP guys tomorrow, and get that instead. The ones i have now is mediocre, and i never picked them, they just ate the one i used before and they gave me the "Same" deal i had, so they said.

Take care!
