Question / Help Need help with my settings

I have a problem guys

I dont know if i stream with a lower bitrate than i should, or if i stream with a higher bitrat than i should


This is my internet speed

I know that i have plenty of upload

This is my setup:
CPU: i7-2700K OC to 4,7 GHz
GPU: Asus 780 OC
RAM: 4 x 4GB 1600 MHz

I dont think more computer information is nesserary

Which settings should i use if i want the highest video quality as possible,

FYI, im not partner at twitch

Please help
 
I really feel like the estimator is outdated:

Because i have a GTX 780 which is 4 years newer than 560
And then im playing with the res 2560x1440
 
Downscale to 720p

Stream at 30fps

Bit rate should be 2000Kbps

With your CPU, try the faster or fast X264 preset.
