Question / Help Need Help with microphone

Post a logfile, as it requests any time a new thread is opened in Q&H. We really need it, to be able to help. Honest.
 
If it's a new microphone and you haven't used OBS before, go into your settings, go into your audio, and select your mic. OBS doesn't (for me) default whatever mic is plugged in, nothing is defaulted for me when I first opened OBS or make a new profile.
