Question / Help Need help with Black Magic Intensity Pro

ok. get ready to buckle down because its about to get very specific up in here!!! lol. im pretty new to obs so bare with me. i was able to follow a tutorial that i found online and was able to get OBS working with my BMIP (Black Magic Intensity Pro). but when i went to go use it the next day, my settings were all erased, no big deal, ill just put them all back to what i had. so i go to set up my "global Source" and after i "add" one and get ready to select my device, its not showing my BMIP at all. but when i go into "settings" and then into "audio" it gives me the option to capture audio from my BMIP which is telling me that it is detecting it in some way. QUE SCREEN SHOTS!!!

this is showing the lack of BMIP availability

This is showing that OBS is detecting my BMIP to a degree

Any ideas on what i should do??

dont have your media express software open while OBS is trying to capture your card.
