Hi so i am a regular streamer and my monitor broke a bit back and now i am forced to use an old one i had that max resolution in OBS is 1280x1024 with an aspect ratio of 5:4. So yes i have the black bars on the sides of the stream.
My question is not how to fix it because i know i need a new monitor but my question is i would like to create 2 overlays for each bar to put my chat/cam and other things for the time being. The problem is in OBS the preview screen shows it as full screen and no black bars. The black bars are only on the stream itself. so any overlays i put on the screen cover the game and does not go over the black bars.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
