so everything worked fine till about 2 weeks ago. i could multistream and everything. internet is a 1 gig down and 32 up. then all of a sudden bam, my bit rate will bottom out even when not multi streaming. ive done everything i could think of. i got my isp out here to look at everything. they replaced a bad node yesterday and still no help. Ive dropped the bit rate to 3,000, changed servers and everything. also every time i close obs and restart it, it says it crashed when it didnt. im just so lost. any help will be appreciated.
