Question / Help Need help with best settings for my setup!

I've been playing around with settings for a while now on OBS and my elgato to try and make my stream as good as possible. I am using my computer to play games while my Elgato is connected to my laptop and my laptop is also streaming.

my laptop specs are:

intel i5 - 4200M @ 2.50GHz
16gig RAM
1TB HDD

and my internet speeds are (i tested with two different websites)

If anyone can help me achieve the optimal, best looking settings that i can achieve i will really appreciate it

I have a smilar setup and i experience massive fps drops. My ping is fine while streaming. Estimator didn't help.
