Question / Help Need help with best setting for OBS

I am trying to stream Smite and it looks like a pixilated mess. I checked multiple videos and forums but I cant' get it too look well, professional. I linked my Computer specs with DxDiag. I will also post my internet speed if that will help. Thanks for any help that shows up.

Would also be a lot easier if you post a log as well, that way people can see your settings and give advice.
