Question / Help Need help with audio settings.

I would like to be able to stream while listening to my TS3 chat group. The problem is that when I stream my viewers can hear the entire TS3 group's voices and I want them to just hear mine. Anyone know how to solve this?

Well the fix worked, I can't hear TS3 anymore but there is a weird static. The OBS output volume bar is flickering at just under 1 bar.

EDIT: Just my fan = (
