Hi People

Im having trouble setting it up the best way. Have an fx-8350 processor and r9-280x gpu.
some people say that fx-8350 is an okay god cpu for streaming, but when I use the h.264 my fps i csgo drops to like 80-90 fps. Normally its 170-200 fps. Have i 144mhz monitor, so it would be nice that I could use it in the mhz that it can do.

Ive tried the vce in OBS it works better, but OBS will stop after som time and get a fail whit the screen driver.

OBS settings:
bitrate 1500-2200
downscale to 960x720
fps:30
cpu preset: veryfast

Can anyone help me to get the best out of my current hardware?

That is very little info on your settings . Are you using multithread optimization? What fps? Are you using cbr and cbr padding? Obs uses more cpu than anything. I have a r9 290 and found vce is good for videos but bad for streaming.

its danish, but I hope you can use it

OK so try unchecking custome buffer size. Make sure your bit rate and buffer rate are the same. Go to screen resolution and make it 960x720 so the aspect ratio is 16:9 I believe is what it comes out to be. And maybe change the process priority to above normal.

I play the game in 4:3 and a downgrade to 960x720 in OBS
here is black bars, but noting to do about that in 4:3. tried this to make more fps ingame but not sure I got that
