My school is having a league of legends tournament, and i was hoping to do a play-by-play like the LCS series.

I'm not too sure how to do this with my current setup.

The Plan (right now)
3 PC setup. 1 PC dedicated to the stream, and others to recording (one of commentartors, one of the game). For the most part, I have a good general idea of how to set this up, but when look it up online, i really dont get anywhere.

Basically I need the gaming stream, both audio and video, to mix with the commentators audio and video.
Currently, the 2 recording PCs we'll be using only have a HDMI outputs.

I guess my question is, I need to be able to mix the 2 signals together to send to the streaming PC. Whats a good way to basically do all this when it comes to capture devices, mixers, etc.

I do have extra PCs, mics, cams, just need to know what else I should invest in.
any help would be appreciated

If you can invest in some splitters and capture cards, use the first or second setup as you see fit. If you want a cheap but more complicated setup, check out my nginx guides on: http://www.helping-squad.com/wp/server/

You can of course change everything to your needs, I later remembered that LoL has more than 1on1 I guess :)
If you have questions just post them here.
