Question / Help Need help using this software

Hi
I have just downloaded and installed this program https://obsproject.com/ its the OBS 0.657 version
But I have no idea how to use it, I wish to record music from my sound card sound from my microphone and video from my camera all at the same time and all are built into my laptop.
Is there an instruction manual for this program for beginners please.

I have now used the device and...
I know how to record video as I can see video capture device from my sources box, but I dont know how to capture the sound card or microphone?

I had my Microphone/ auxiliary audio device set to default and not microphone or sterio mix.
But there is no way of telling as this software might just be a bit to much for me!
I start recording then stop recording but I dont know how to save the file

The file is saved automatically. File > Open Recordings Folder
The output location can be configured under Settings > Broadcast Settings

I found the saved files OK; saved as .flv
But the files seam to be dead, they dont play and have no time to the recording, it just say zero minutes and zero seconds
