Question / Help Need help streaming league of legends

It could be because of your graphics card bottlenecking your system, that graphics card is extremely low on the charts. I would recommend upgrading to something on the lines of this:

That card is extremely cheap for it's tier and would definitely have a performance boost all around. I would check what type of power supply you have before making any decisions, a 550-600w would probably be efficient enough.

EDIT: Just looked further into it and your bit-rate seems pretty low for a League of Legends stream, if you could you should boost it up to at least 2500-3200 to make it have a better picture and not pixellated.
