First off like to say OBS is an amazing tool and it really does a great job at streaming. But am having some problems getting my dayz stream to look clear on my test. Twitch only allows 3300 kbps and at 720p when you start to move on the screen the image becomes pixeled. If am standing still it is perfect. I have an Intel I7 4770 CPU and have moved the Preset to Slow and all the way up to Ultrafast.. This did not seem to make any Difference. The only real thing that cleaned up the stream was the push the bitrate up to 20000 kbps. Of course Twitch would never allow this. I did play around with the Buffer Size and it seemed to clean up a bit when it was at 0 kbps and when it was around 8000 kbps. Does anyone Know what the Buffer Size even does. I am sure one of the Devs of OBS could please explain what the Buffer Size is doing to the Stream. Also Streaming other games like BF4 or Payday2 with alot of movement The stream is clean.. Just Dayz it pixeled when there is movement on the screen..
