Here is a copy of my log https://gist.github.com/anonymous/a55425459380360a3e42

I am not getting frame rate issues in game aside from big cities that people get them in anyways... The stream doesnt look awful but as you can see in the grass there is a good amount of pixelation and blur... I would really like to fix this and get the best settings for Both PC and Console gaming... Im not very good as far as stream settings so anything can help. Anything else you guys need to see or I may have shown wrong let me know. Thanks for your time guys

The bitrate is probably a bit lower than I'd prefer for 720p. I'd be nice if it were 2500 at least, probably. Also, if you're experiencing lag on your system, it's probably caused by the fact that you're using a very cpu-intensive x264 preset. I generally always recommend "veryfast" for almost every case just because it's the best middleground preset.

If you're talking about DayZ in regards to grass being blurred, then give up hope of ever getting it to not be pixelated lol. Fine details like that are always incredibly hard to encode unless you throw ridiculous amounts of bitrate at it.

Thank you for your response... Now you are saying that my bitrate is a bit lower than you would prefer for 720p? You suggested 2500... I am currently at 3000... Should i go down to 2500 or keep it the same... Those are settings that i personally made up for my computer but i dont feel as if they are the best settings... i feel like they can be upgraded... Any idea what optimal settings would be for my system internet. I want the best quality possible.. Again thank you for your time

Your buffer size is at 3000, your bitrate is at 2000:

14:48:17: max bitrate: 2000
14:48:17: buffer size: 3000

I just see top notch streamers with top notch quality and i may be a little delusional but i feel as if I can upgrade my current quality without having much problem. I am a noob at this lol however I have been streaming for a good bit... Those settings are me just throwing numbers and different things together (Without having any idea what they mean or do).

Lol sorry what do you suggest i do then? Just change max bitrate to 2500 and it should fix or is there more to it. Dont mean to sound arrogant. Just trying to learn

More FPS needs more bitrate. The bitrate was just a suggestion, as bitrate is the biggest factor for quality. If you want more quality and have the bitrate to spare, go all the way up to 3500 (which is twitch's recommended "max" bitrate)
