Hello, I wanted to stream but my friends said that my stream is buffering every 10 seconds.

I lowered bitrate and fps - didn't help.
I rechecked my internet connection - all fine.
I switched servers - didn't help.

PC Specs:
GPU: R9 390 8GB
CPU: i5-4690K 3.5GHz
RAM: 8GB

Game isn't lagging for me at all, I don't think it's PC's problem.

OBS Settings (After lowering):
Max Bitrate: 2000
Buffer Size: 4000
Resolution: 1280x720
FPS: 40
Filter: Bilinear (fastest)

I'm new to streaming, please help.

IF youre streaming at 2000 bitrate and downscaled to 1280x720, chances are it's their internet and not yours because you do not have quality options available as a non-partner.

But it's happening not exactly to one person. I asked few people to watch for a while and say the result. All of them said the same - buffering every 10+ seconds.

Post a logfile from the Help menu. We do need it to be able to see what's going on, on the back end.

Also, remove the custom buffer. They are rarely needed, and are usually just a sign that a 'best settings' guide has been followed somewhere, which are usually full of bad or nonsensical settings due to being information parroted by the guide-writer, who doesn't know what the settings are, why to use them, or what they actually do.

Also, speedtest is worthless for livestreamers; it shows peak throughput, not minimum. In fact, it throws out the lowest 30% of results, which are the ones that most matter when minimum throughput is concerned. Use the Twitch bandwidth tester instead:
