Everytime I stream it become very pixelated due to the fact that I have to set it up at 450 max bitrate. My computer set up is more than enough to stream in my opinion. I have a 64-bit Processor: AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon(tm), and a HD Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 650 Ti running with a total of 8 GB of ram.
Whenever I run at 1800 max bitrate my stream tends to get non-stop lag spikes as well as me having 500 ms. This is my current speedtest results http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3230419883.
