Need help setting up my OBS for Twitch, I've tried messing with it for two days.

720p@30fps, 2000kbps, x264 Veryfast.

Though I'd be unsurprised at chop; that CPU is both older, and AMD based. May need to downscale to 480p or 360p instead, to deal with the computing load of real-time video encoding. Too much bitrate can lead to buffering for viewers, which is another cause of 'chop', and you're up above 3000. Non-partnered casters should stick below 2000 to minimize buffering.
