Couple things:
1) WoW 64-bit?
2) I see the laptop in question is one with a multi-gpu setup. You need to make sure in the Nvidia Control Panel that both WoW and OBS are running on the NVIDIA GPU. If this still does not solve the problem, the latest test build has a "Compatibility mode" for Window Capture sources meant to deal with these set ups.
