Question / Help Need Help - refreshes all the time

when i stream to twitch and look with my Table my stream laggs all the time :/
i have no idear what i can do:

100mbit down
6 mbit up
(real: 5,8mbit up)

Somebody can help me?

Hey Souli,

Im not that into Log Files as I'm not a developer and nobody told me yet.
The analyzer says:

• turn your back settings from fast to superfast(It is designed for the optimum balance of quality and CPU usage)
• your max bitrate should atleast be 2000kb in ur settings
• Change the Server you connect to to one thats not so far away
