Question / Help Need help on the best settings for my stream

I have about 1mb upload speed

My pc specs:
i5-3210m (2.5ghz turbo boost to 3.0ghz)
4gb ram
Nvidia geforce gt630m 2gb
Hdd 750gb
Windows 7 premium
1366x768 monitor

Im trying to stream league of legends

Yes I've tried but it seems like my stream is not optimized

It may not give optimal settings, but just an estimate based upon the information you enter in to it. Your computer seems fine, it's probably more about how much bandwidth you have. I don't think there's much you can do with only 1mb upload. You really need more upload for a high quality stream.

So the quality of the stream depends on your upload speed? It seems that if i downscale the resolution, the stream looks a bit pixelated and this depends on your computer right? I'm trying to stream League of Legends, I usually get around 160 fps at most with average around 120. When I stream without any resolution downscale, my league of legends will lag a bit. Will upgrading my upload speed help my stream look better ?
