I've looked around for weeks and have had people with working streams using obs on twitch, we cannot figure this out. Everything runs perfectly for a few minutes then it just shuts down and freezes. ( example here: http://www.twitch.tv/brokenyozeff/b/513955510) I'm sorry if this isn't the place to post, I've looked around and can find similar posts but don't want to hijack the thread and their answers didn't work for me.

Sorry about not doing the logs in the first post, I wasn't sure what logs to take.

The logs show that you are stressing your system too much. Until you went for superfast/ultrafast preset you always had a big amount of duplicated and late frames.

I would personally recommend to go for a downscale to 720p, try leaving the preset on veryfast and keeping an eye on your system temperatures to see if the freezes occur on very high temperatures of your system. (Software like OpenHardwareMonitor is good to check system temps)
Apart of that you will probably want to check your streaming settings and set them up for Twitch correctly. In the last try you already had the keyframe interval on 2 and profile on main but were missing CBR. And try keeping the bitrate at a maximum of 3500.
