Question / Help Need help for stream

Hello everyone,
I need a little advices for streaming settings. My PC set up is : NVIDIA GFORCE GT 650 2 GB ; Intel Pentium 2 core 3.00 GHz 3 mb cache ; RAM 4 GB; My internet is : 60mbs dowlnoad speed and 20 mb upload speed. Can you give me example setting for OBS so that I can stream without lag in twitch.tv . Thanks in advance!
