Question / Help Need help for settings to stream

Hi. I want to stream CSGO but i cant get the best settings and i dont know why. I have while streaming ~60 FPS which feels like 20. Normaly i have ~300 FPS.

My PC:
Intel Core i7-4770 @ 3.4 GHz
Nvidia GTX 660
8 GB RAM

Nevermind i fixed it by myself. Here the answer for ppl having same problems:

Encoding: Bitrate: 3500 Buffer Size 3800
FPS: 30
Scaled to 720p
Scene Buffering Time: 700
Looks perfectly

To other users that may stumble across this thread, please remember that there is are no magical "right" settings for everyone when it comes to OBS. It depends greatly on the hardware you're using, bandwidth available, type of content you're streaming, etc.
