Question / Help NEED HELP FINDING THE BEST SETTING!

Hello,

I'm new to OBS and want to start streaming my gameplays with CSGO.

Without streaming, I get about 300+ FPS on CSGO. However, when I start streaming, I drop to around 100-200 FPS which really hurts me. My goal is to average 300 FPS on CSGO and still stream good/decent quality videos. Please let me know if there is any way I can do this.

SPEEDTEST
My Download speed is about 90-ish
My Upload speed is about 10-11ish

I'm using i5-2500k CPU
GTX 660 TI
16gb rams
144hz monitor

Please let me know if there is any other parts I need to list.

I am a novice at OBS so please let me know specifically what settings to try out to gain the best FPS for my games while streaming.

Thanks, I'll check it out.

One more thing. My monitor size is 1920 x 1080. However, the resolution size I use in CSGO is 1280x960 Stretched. Am I supposed to use the in-game resolution or my native resolution for OBS settings?

You should choose the size you want to stream.

my recommendation is to choose 720p, because people can't change the quality of the stream, when you are new. if you choose 1080p and their connection is too weak, they are not watching you playing videos games, they're visitors at the ultimate buffering war.
